When posting ads, there are Call-to-Action types that are added as part of the campaign creation step. Flow allows enquiries to be viewed in this section.
From here, one is able to filter enquiries, view more details, as well as export the enquiry data if needed. Most end users will only be able to filter by date, type and suburb (i.e. non-admin users).
Exporting Data If you need to store the enquiries elsewhere or perform any other analyses, there is an option to export the enquiry data. At the top of the page, click the "Export CSV" button and automatically a CSV will be downloaded to your device.
View More Details When enquiries come through, you may want to see more details such as the message that was sent in case there is more context. In order to do that, click the "More info" button next to any enquiry. This will bring up a pop-up window displaying more information.
