Analytics

Analytics is where collective data for your campaigns can be viewed, with more insights available than what one can view on the Campaigns section of the Navigation Menu. In order to navigate to it, click on the second option of the left hand menu.

Depending on your user role, a different dashboard will show, i.e. Enterprise level versus Branch level versus Agent level. The usability of the dashboards are similar though, across the board. Dashboard filters are at the top of the page, with all tables and charts below.

Use the filters at the top of any dashboard to filter the relevant data.

Filter by Date Range

To view your Flow campaign results over a specific time period, click the Report Date drop-down menu on the filters section. It is possible to select a range of selections. Commonly selected is the last option, "Custom Range", where you can input any desired range.

Filter by Agent

If you are an admin of a branch or a head office, you will also be able to filter dashboards by agent, and in the head office case by branch as well. This will subsequently update the dashboard to specific user groups.
