Flow Audience Data Owner Dashboard

For Data Publishers, i.e. partners who monetize their audiences through Flow to sell to adjacent brands, we have created a dashboard. On a high level, the dashboard tracks the bookings made, revenue generated and how these audiences are sold.

As with all Flow dashboards, navigate to "Analytics" on the console and the dashboard will appear for your organisation. Use the filter at the top to select various date ranges available.

  1. Widgets

The widgets indicate the number of bookings, the number of brands having bought your audiences, the ARPU of all the bookings, and the overall revenue generated.

  1. Bookings chart

This indicates the number of bookings per month that were sold.

  1. Revenue versus Shared Benchmark Ratio (SBR)

Here the revenue from the bookings are shown per month. The SBR is an indication of how much your audience makes up in shared orders (orders where audiences of multiple partners are bundled). Above 1 is an indication of your audience on average making up higher than the average proportion in a shared order. Below 1 indicates the opposite.

  1. Average Revenue per User (ARPU) per Month

The ARPU per month is shown in this chart. This would be affected by the revenue and the number of bookings.

  1. Revenue per Month by Channel

Here it is shown on which platforms, including Google, Meta and TikTok, your audiences are being sold.

  1. How Your Audiences Are Best Sold

A pie chart showing in what proportion (by impressions) your audiences are being sold in stand-alone deals or bundled with other partners. At Flow, our experience has been that brands more often than not purchase audiences that are bundled.
