Linking Your Social Media Pages

How to link your Facebook Business Account/Page to Flow so you can create ads.

PreviousWalletNextAdding Your Meta Pixel

Last updated 3 months ago

Before you can launch your ads on Flow, you need to link your Facebook page to our portal. There are three main methods of linking your page. There are a few things to note before you can do this:

  • You cannot use a personal page, it must be a business page/account.

  • If the business page has already been created, you will need to be an Admin or the page owner to link it.

  • If the page is held in a Meta Business Manager account (not Meta Business Suite), please proceed straight to Option 3.

Option 1: Link your page via Settings

Navigate to "Settings" on the Navigation Menu, click on "Channel Configuration" at the top. From here, one can click the blue box which brings up a Meta pop-up with prompts to connect your business' channel. Do this for all applicable channels. In this section, one can also remove any channels by clicking the "X" next to the channel names.

Option 2: We can request access to your page

Contact us via the chatbox on your Flow dashboard, or contact support via the "?", and give us your Facebook page url and name. We will request access via Flow's Meta Business Manager account. You will receive a notification on your personal Facebook page that Flow has requested access to your business page. Click on the notification, switch into the page, then go to Settings on the left hand menu. Click New Pages Experience, then you should see the request in the middle of the page. Click Review and grant us access.

Option 3: Partner with Flow's Meta Business Manager account

Add your Facebook Page as the primary page - you will be prompted to do this. Select Add and add Flow as a partner. You will need our Business ID for this : 235336827200001 A popup will appear with all your assets listed. Please click the page name in the middle of the popup, and assign us Partial Access on the left and click Done.

Please note, we do not post anything on the page; we need this level of access purely from a technical perspective.

Once this is done, please let us know so we can link the page to your Flow dashboard.

If you do not already have a Meta Business Manager, the first step is to set one up (there is no cost involved here - it is purely a Facebook management tool). If you are not sure, when you go to business.facebook.com/overview if you do have a Business Manager, it will appear there. Log into Facebook and in a separate tab go to and click on Create Account (Please make sure you are in Business Manager and not Business Suite). Enter your account name and email address, and click Submit. Facebook will send an email to the address you selected - please click the link to verify your email.

Once your Business Manager account is created and your email verified, go to .
