Add Content Manually

This function is used to add a listing product or agent manually. If your content has been uploaded through feed integration this function should not be used as the listing will pull through automatically when we next sync the feed.

To add a manual listing, go to the Content page.

Choose the appropriate section, Listings or Agents, depending on what you would like to add.

For both Listings and Agents sections, on the right of the filtering space is the button for manual additions.

1. Adding an Agent

This is shorter to do. When clicking Add Agent, a pop-up appears where details need to be added for the Agent. Click save when finished.

1. Add a product/listing

This takes a bit longer to do as there is more information required. When clicking "Add Listing", the following appears:

Fill out the details of adding a Listing.

On the second page, add the address and property description:

Add property details.

On the third page, select the property features from the pre-set list, and click Next:

Use the buttons on the right to select the appropriate features of the product.

On the 4th page, upload your pictures and video (if you have one), and give each image a type and description. These images will be used to create your property gallery.

On the 5th page, you can enter more details of the property including the sale / rental price, so that buyers/tenants can quickly decide if it meets their needs:

The final step is to assign the agent who will receive the lead notifications from this property:

Link the product to an agent.

Click complete, and your property listing page will automatically be created.
