If your content feed is uploaded to a syndicator then as soon as we sync the feed again, which happens approximately every 3 hours, the information you enter here will be overwritten by the information in the feed. This option is only recommended for manual listings.
In the event that an edit is required on the Console, navigate to the Product Catalog.
Depending on whether you want to edit a product, agent, or brand, click on the appropriate section (just above the content). If you have a lot of products or agents, you can further use the filter sections below to find the correct content.
Select the appropriate section for the relevant content change. Whether you are on the listing or agents sections, both have the following on the right hand side of each row. Select "Edit".
Choose the pencil icon to edit content. Depending on whether you are in the listings, agents, or brands sections, the Edit pop-ups look slightly different as the fields relating to each are different. However, in all instances, click on the "Edit" tool to make any changes.
On the Listing Edit page, it is possible to edit any product particulars, pictures, price, and agent assigned. The editing pages are intuitively designed to easily customize your content.
Choose the appropriate information you would like to edit. Save your changes in each section.
