Users Section: Managing user profiles

Navigate to the users section by clicking on the second section in the top bar. In order to edit any information of a user, the applicable profile must be selected.

  1. Change a user's information

Once you have clicked on a user, it is possible to edit any of their information as per the screenshot below: Profile picture, name, contact details, User designation, areas serviced (this is useful for FlowBrand campaigns), and more.

Remember to click Save when you are done, or if you want to discard any changes click Cancel

  1. Add a user

Click on the Add New button which is located above the user names. A section will appear on the right, where you need to enter the user's email address and the assigned user role. Once you are done, remember to click Save, or click Cancel to discard adding the user.

Once the user is added, you will need to add information to the user's profile, in the same manner as outlined in 1. Change a user's information

Update information of the new user.

  1. Delete a user

Select the user which you would like to delete. Once selected, click the Delete button at the top. This will bring up a pop-up which asks you if you are sure you want to delete the user. Click Delete if you confirm, and Cancel otherwise.

Select the user to delete.

Confirm the deletion.
