Audience Segments

Audience Segments is where one can create audiences based on sources that you have added, such as your CRM or other Personally-Identifiable-Information (PII). If you have not yet added any sources, go here.

The two main features on this page:

  1. Import: If you have existing audiences on your Google/Meta/TikTok ads accounts (collected via tags, pixels or any other method), you can bring them into the app via this button.

  2. Create new: For any PII/customer list audiences that you have already imported via here, or from a difference source connected directly to Flow, you can further segment these audiences in a number of customizable ways. This new audience you can then use to launch campaigns.

For any audience that has been brought into Flow, there is a Status column indicates when it is ready to be used. Clicking on the eyeball icon allows you to look at the details of an audience, and the garbage icon deletes it.
