Add Content Manually

This function is used to add a listing product or agent manually. If your content has been uploaded through feed integration this function should not be used as the listing will pull through automatically when we next sync the feed.

To add a manual listing, go to the Manage > Product Catalog.

Depending on whether you add a product, agent, or brand, click on the appropriate section (just above the content). If you have a lot of products or agents, you can further use the filter sections below to find the correct content.

Select the appropriate section for the addition.

For all sections, above the content and to the right of the screen is the button for manual additions.

Click the Create New button.

  1. Adding an Agent

This is shorter to do. When clicking Add Agent, a pop-up appears where details need to be added for the Agent. Click save when finished.

  1. Add a product/listing

This takes a bit longer to do as there is more information required. When clicking Create New, the following appears. Edit the fields presented. The more information is populated, the richer the ad can be with information. Click Next once this is done.

On the second page, add the property descriptions on the drop-downs. You can add more detail to the listing by clicking the Create New in the "Add units to your listing" section of this screen (click Save once done here).

Select the relevant fields from the drop-downs.
Add any additional information if you have this available.

Lastly, click Finish, and your new product will appear on the Product Catalog.
