The filters are located at the top of the dashboard. Note, that depending on which organisation/user you are, the dashboard will only show data that you are permitted to see. For example if you are a user in one of the branches, you will not be able to use the "Branch Name" filter to see the data for another organisation. As the owner of a head office, you will be able to see data on all sub-organisations and users.
In order to toggle any of the filters, click on the dropdown arrows/white box. The available filters are:
Report Date: filter for campaigns based on date ranges where they were running
Campaign Status: filter by campaign activity type, namely Active or Paused campaigns
Branch name: only useful if the user belongs to more than one branch, or a head office, or administrative role
Agent Name: campaigns related to specific clients/agents
ListingID: filter data by the ID of the products that you have created campaigns for
Channel: Filter by channel if you have launched campaigns across various platforms (e.g. Meta versus Google)
The filters are always located at the top of a dashboard. If a user is not a head-office, the data will automatically be filtered down to their level without the ability to see others' data.
