First-Party Audience Bookings: Accepting Audiences from Flow
Your brand can activate first-party audience segments booked via Flow across the platforms you already use: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok.
To begin using these audiences in your campaigns, you’ll need to accept our audience share requests on each respective platform. Follow the steps below for each:
Google Ads: Accepting Shared Audiences
Ensure you’ve shared your Google Ads Customer ID with us. (You can find it in the top right corner of your Google Ads account, e.g.
123-456-7890
.)Once Flow sends the audience share request:
Go to Google Ads.
Click on Tools & Settings > Setup > Access and Security > Managers tab.
You’ll see a pending invitation from Flow Platform (or our agency account name).
Click Accept.
Now go to Shared Library > Audience Manager.
Under “Audience Lists”, you’ll find the shared audiences from Flow.
You can now apply these audiences to your campaigns as “Observation” or “Targeting”.
