Link-Out Road Map

Link-Out is a self-serve option which allows users to access the Flow Console environment via your brand's own front end. This provides a more native feel to the interaction, without users needing to log-in or log-out using Flow credentials. For this reason, the set-up steps are more intensive than those of Console. Note, that there is an additional step required for Link-Out compared to the other integration methods, which is whether you want to make use of a Contend Feed (Link-Out Advanced) or not (Link-Out Basic). This has some downstream effects which are covered here. If you decide to pick the Link-Out integration method, this is what the typical integration journey will look like as per the diagram below.
