Console Set-Up Steps

Last updated 1 month ago

Below is a table which details the steps to set up with Console. All steps are hyperlinked for you to read more on the detailed set-up instructions.

Step
Description
Requirement

Console supports SAML SSO for Single Sign-On, which allows clients to use their own identity provider to authenticate users. This setup requires SAML configuration details. Alternatively, one can use traditional email & password log-in.

Required

A Content Feed can significantly streamline campaign creation and ensure listings, agents, and other data are kept up-to-date in Flow.

Optional

Campaign Packages are needed to define budgets, target audiences, and ad duration. Flow can help configure these plans based on the client’s requirements.

Required

Setting up ad accounts, pages, and tracking systems for channels like Facebook, Instagram, and Google. This allows the Flow App to publish ads using the correct configurations

Required

Webhooks can be set up to receive real-time campaign status updates, such as draft creation or ad publication, which can automate notifications or trigger internal workflows.

Optional

Clients can use Flow’s built-in ad templates or create custom ones. Ad templates ensure that campaigns follow a consistent design and branding, as per client requirements.

Optional

Whitelabeling allows for brand-specific customizations like logos, colours, and user interface adjustments on the Flow App. This ensures a seamless brand experience for users within the App.
