How to make Campaign Packages

The below describes what the client will need to do when setting up campaign packages. Note, that Step 9 is only applicable for Smartfeed.
Navigate to the Campaign Packages section of the left-hand navigation menu of the Flow Console. This will by default open the "Advertising" page of this section, which is where one can add packages.
Click on "Add Package" in the top right corner, which will bring up a window for adding a Campaign Package.
Fill out the relevant information. As this is done, you will notice that the "Package Preview" on the right will start populating. There are some other customisable options like "Mark as popular" if you want to direct agents to that package, allowing custom budget toggle, and uploading your own image for the package.
Once the audience is configured the next step is to split the budget across the selected channels. Note, that in this example only Meta was selected, therefore the split is 100%.
Once complete, click "Done" in the bottom right hand corner of the window.
For Smartfeed only: part of the Smartfeed functionality is that campaign packages are launched based on certain triggers, that are linked to the content feed. The triggers must be set up on the Console at Settings > Developer > Smartfeed. Here, one selects the field type that is relevant to the trigger, the value of the trigger, and then the output campaign package. Therefore it is necessary to have packages and a content feed in place.
The next step is linking the channel to the package. Note, that it is required to already have your to the Console in order to perform this step. Here if you have more than one channel configured (for example Meta and Google).
Now you select what ad template type should be configured in the package. Select any of the options. Once you have selected an option, here "Single Image" was selected, the option to specify an ad creative will appear below. This is particularly useful for Enterprises that have set up with Flow.
Next is adding the target audience to the package. There are two ways to proceed here. On the dropdown marked with the orange arrow below, one either needs to add a new audience (default option), or one can select any existing audiences in the same dropdown if they have been added already. Adding a new audience will be the most likely option for clients integrating with Flow for the first time. Here is will be necessary to provide several fields, with the option of linking a pixel if you have one. Note, that it is necessary to add campaign objectives here, for more information on these go .
