Description
Requirement

Password-less SSO using JWT authentication

Required

JWT Token Setup (Advanced versus Basic)

A unique JWT token is required for each Link-Out session. This token includes user, campaign, and property information and must be generated following industry-standard RFC 7519.

Required

Link-Out URLs (Advanced versus Basic)

Configured URLs with query parameters and JWT tokens redirect users to the Flow interface, where they can manage campaigns without leaving the client’s platform.

Required

Allows real-time campaign updates by notifying the client’s systems whenever specific events occur, such as draft creation or campaign publication.

Optional

Key difference between Basic and Advanced. Recommended for automating data about listings, agents, and campaigns. This feed keeps information current, reducing manual entry requirements in Flow. Basic does not require a Content Feed.

Optional

This is optional for Link-Out Advanced, and not applicable for basic.

Optional

Defines budgets, targeting, and durations for campaigns. Campaign Packages are required for every Link-Out integration to standardise ad settings and streamline campaign creation.

Required

Partners can use Flow’s built-in ad templates or create custom templates that align with brand guidelines and CI standards for a consistent ad appearance.

Optional

Provides branding options within the Flow interface to ensure a consistent brand experience for users transitioning from the client’s platform to Flow.
